Brian of Time Trades is phenomenal. I told him what I wanted, and he began to work very quickly. His communication was fast and informative NEVER leaving me out of the loop from start to finish. Within one day, my watch was sourced, and once I gave him the greenlight it was in his possession within a day. upon receiving the watch, It was in immaculate condition just as I had requested and Brian took the time to make sure everything was correct and stuck around until we shook hands! He even had it serviced for me! I’ve never had another dealer do that free of charge. I took the watch to a local jewelry store to which I will not name. They messed up the watch while trying to change the bracelet sizing, Brian took it back within a few hours and came out of pocket to have it repaired and back on my wrist. Overall, I would rate this experience 10 out of 10 regardless of the hiccups that were to NO FAULT of Brian. he delivered timely and in my watch and a condition as promised. My wife is now wanting her watch and we will be working with Brian again. Don’t mess around and reach out to him.
