RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee 

• Condition: Returned watches must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (e.g., warranty card, manual).

• Special Orders: Custom orders, sourced timepieces, special requests, and watches on sale are non-returnable and all sales are final. Please contact our team for exceptions or further clarification.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number. You can contact us via email or phone, providing your order details and the reason for your return.

2. Prepare Your Return: Safely package the watch in its original packaging along with all accompanying accessories. Clearly mark the package with the provided order number to avoid processing delays.

3. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method such as FedEx or DHL.

REFUNDS

• Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% applies for any returns.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
